die einzige gute Capture-Card
Für Musik-Livestreams aus Clubs war ich auf der Suche nach einer USB3-Capture-Card, um unkompliziert eine weitere Kamera oder Visuals von einem anderen PC in OBS einzubinden.
Nachdem ich mehrere günstige Capture-Cards "druch" hatte, da jede einzelne (sogar BM) irgend eine Krankheit zu haben scheint, bin ich nach einiger Recherche auf die Magewell gestoßen.
Sie wurde an meinem Laptop (Win10) direkt erkannt, OBS lässt mich bis 4k60p jede Auflösung einstellen und bis heute hatte ich nicht einen Aussetzer oder Bildstörung.
Mangels Rechenpower im Laptop habe ich aber bis jetzt nur 1080p60 im Dauerbetrieb gefahren.
Als Zuspieler hatten wir bis jetzt eine Gopro 6 Black, einen Macbook mit billig-USB-C-Adapter und eine ältere Nikon-Spiegelreflex. Alles TOP!
Das einzige, was ich schade finde, ist, dass der Audio-Eingang nur mono kann, er wird aber auch nur als Mikrofon-Anschluss beworben. Ich hatte gehofft, dass ähnlich wie im PC ein Soundchip eingebaut ist, der zwischen Mic- und Line-Signal unterscheiden kann. Die SDI-Variante hat übrigens einen Stereo-Line-in statt dem Mic-in.
Alles in allem aber klare Kaufempfehlung. Auf Magewell kann man sich verlassen!
Sehr gutes HDMI Capture Device
Ich nutze das Magewell USB Capture HDMIc4K Plus um Screencasts von Vorträgen aufzunehmen. Funktioniert problemlos nach anstecken, mit dem zusätzlichen Tool kann man den Video- und Audiostream konfigurieren. Alles lief glatt bei einem 2-stündigen Vortrag in Kombination mit OBS Studio. Der hohe Preis mag zwar abschrecken, insgesamt leistet das Gerät aber eine hervorragende Arbeit und macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
